RIX Asked: how to return value of a corresponding cell in ms excel 2007? (Formula)?

Any body please help me on this.

Suppose I have a Table of Players having 2 columns (column names: Players & Sports Resp.)

Values for the 1st column is Sachin Tendulkar, Christiano Ronaldo, Tiger woods, Usain Bolt etc.
and the corresponding values are cricket, football, golf, athletics respectively. When I select 'sachin Tendulkar', the column should return 'cricket', 'Tiger woods' – 'golf' etc
