how to return value of a corresponding cell in ms excel 2007? (Formula)?

Suppose I have a Table of Players having 2 columns (column names: Players & Sports Resp.)

Golf Clubs GolfEtail.com animated

Values for the 1st column is Sachin Tendulkar, Christiano Ronaldo, Tiger woods, Usain Bolt etc.
and the corresponding values are cricket, football, golf, athletics respectively. When I select 'sachin Tendulkar', the column should return 'cricket', 'Tiger woods' – 'golf' etc
