Golf

Asked: Do agree that apart from stats, great cricketers could be judged with fan base & entertainment they

(1) Sometimes its difficult to arrive at a conclusion about who is the best, as most of the records are shared by various greats. None of the legends have all the records, which is natural. Do you feel that apart from stats, we can judge a player by the amount of entertainment he has provided to his fans & others.
(2) Which cricketers have the distinction of attracting fans to the game.
Like Sampras & Federer have inspired generations of tennis players. So have Williams sisters, as they are from different background, which was not big a participant in Tennis earlier.
Tiger Woods has also inspired people from his race to take up Golf, which wasn't earlier considered as an option.
(3) Pl add how would you rate various cricketers with regards to their popularity or any other possible ways, apart from stats & records.
This isn't an attempt to promote any cricketer in particular but a try at discussing various aspects, which is not just about stats. Pl have your say….

worst hair breakage!?

Golf

Asked: worst hair breakage!?

i experienced the worst hair breakage.my hair always breaks alot no matter what i do, but this time it was horrifying.i am natural. been natural for years. my hair grows very slowly. i consider my self 4c. i have been wearing a wig for at least 2 months, i kept my hair in about 10 braids under my wig. washing, conditioning and rebraiding every 2 weeks. Anyway, i decided to try and wear my hair in a bun.so i decided to take my hair out of the braids and then styling it to my bun for the day. during this process i had about a golf sized ball amount of breakage. so i decided to doa henna treatment.during this process. as i washed my hair with a apogee shampoo i noticed 2 clumps of hair falling out. i then put in the henna and during that process another clump fell out.after i finish washing my hair and doing the detangling process i had about enough hair in my sink to make a afro puff.what a huge set back.my hair is thin as it is.so i am go to just try and keep my hair in to just small natural braids and not comb and just detangle till March.and just continue to wear a wig until my hair get thicker. does anyone have any other ideas i what should i do regarding this set back?

2003 vw golf overheating engine?

Golf

Asked: 2003 vw golf overheating engine?

So today I decided that I was going to remove the original air filter in my 2003 vw golf and put in an after market cone instead to give it a little more power. After I did this my engine started over heating and my thermostat light and engine light came on in my car. I left the stock piping on the car and only put and afterstock cone on so all of the sensors are still connected properly. I really have no clue as to why my engine is overheating so badly and would really appreciate some thoughts as to why… Also its not over heating a little bit, it is redlining on the thermostat gauge. Thanks.

Will my goldfish live? Should I wait and see if he will make it or put him out of his misery?

Golf

Asked: Will my goldfish live? Should I wait and see if he will make it or put him out of his misery?

So my goldfish are getting over having fin rot. I left them in my siblings' care while I was on vacation for a week and a half. When I got back they all had fin rot because they had been overfed which screwed up the water conditions.I finally got 2 of the 3 completely healthy. One, a fancy/fantail goldfish, was still recovering and had lost almost all of his back fin so he already was not in that great of a condition and had trouble swimming.

This morning I wake up to find the tube leading up to the filter had been knocked off leaving just an opening about 4 inches below the water's surface (the opening itself is about 1 inch in diameter). It was still sucking in water but the "cage" part had been knocked off along with another piece of the tubing. When I woke up, not only was this knocked off, but my sickly fish had gotten his back end stuck in the tube.He was still alive when I got him out but his back end is now the shape of the tube and what is left of his fins and his back end are a very dark red (I guess, maroon?) color and now he cannot swim at all except with his front fins.He is basically floating around with his back end towards the top and his face pointing towards the bottom and only his mouth, eyes, and front fins are moving. To give an idea on his size, his body is about 3 inches long from head to the start of what is left of his tail and he is about 2 1/2 inches wide and his belly area is larger than a golf ball, but smaller than a tennis ball.

Does my fish have any chance of recovering? I can attach a picture if you'd like so you can get a better idea of what he looks like right now. What should I do to ease his pain? I put in some stress coat, will that help at all? Should I wait to see if he gets better? What should I look for in case he isn't going to make it? If he does die, what do I do with his body (obviously I can't flush him down the toilet which is bad even if he was small and I can't bury him or my dogs would eat him)? Thanks for your time.

Doesn’t it make you angry when some elderly person on Medicare keeps whining about how lazy youngins

Golf

Asked: Doesn’t it make you angry when some elderly person on Medicare keeps whining about how lazy youngins

It isn't the Millennial young people that suddenly inherited lots of capital at age 18 to just 'create jobs' for themselves.

It isn't the Millennials who were responsible for the easy monetary policies of the 1980s, who chose to give TRILLIONS to big bankers that obviously weren't going to pay the public back.

It isn't Millennials who are getting to save up for their OWN retirements because 20% of their measly paychecks go to Medicare & Medicaid… thus keeping useless old people around on Florida golf courses.

Oh, and it wasn't Millennials who transformed colleges and universities from places of legitimate education into McBrands.

Gah, can't wait until they die out. THEY'RE the ones who've effed America for the past 40 years, leaving it in shambles for us to clean up.
